Fuzhou- part 2 (China: 5 of 6)

Overall I love Chinese food. The way they cook the veggies are so good. They are perfectly cooked, seasoned and spicy. Broccolis, soybeans, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, potato (sliced really thin) are all really good. They also LOVE watermelon in China. It’s everywhere and served at almost every meal (even at breakfast).

The ministry in Fuzhou was incredible. Our students shared with those in our program and others they met during our time here. Over 16 people came to Christ. It’s really awesome to see a student’s face light up when they share that they were a part of a Chinese that accepted Christ as their savior. As our students led Chinese students to Christ the Christian community grows and the faith of the students on our team grows as well.
